  • Please feel free to use our helpful light map for selecting the right plant specimen for your space and light conditions.

  • Our plant selection can be ordered for pickup at our studio in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, or for local delivery within New York City.

    All plant orders have a 1 week lead time to allow us to source you the perfect specimen fit for your space.

    Place your order, and select local delivery or pickup in the drop-down menu and process as you usually would. Hang tight for our follow-up with pick-up or delivery instructions once your plant is ready for its new home.

  • Many of the plants and objects we stock are one-of a kind, but we are always excited to help you find something similar to help make your dreams come true. Please just reach out and let us know what you are looking for, we will be happy to help!

  • All plants grow in their own unique ways, and our handmade pots will always have slight differences in shape, colour and size due to the nature of the process and materials used. We do our best to portray our potted plants and objects accurately as possible, and hope you will appreciate this uniqueness as much as we do.

  • Yes, our plants are repotted into our favorite rustic terracotta pots using the best soil mix fit for each plant, before delivering to your doorstep.

  • Please refer to the care instructions listed for each plant.

    If you are looking for further advice and troubleshooting, please do not hesitate to reach out and we will do our best to assist.

  • If your order arrives damaged, regardless of the plant or pot due to shipping carrier mishandling, please take a photo and email it to us at info@gleaningsfromearth.com along with your order number, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

  • If you are not satisfied with the objects you have received, returns have to be arranged with us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in its original condition. A full refund or exchange to another item of the same value will be processed thereafter.

    However, we do not provide refund or exchange for plants.
